About the Role:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, onsite position nearWestminster, MA. This role will involve working with students across various grade levels from K-12 throughout the district. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can provide exceptional behavioral support to students and work collaboratively with school staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as developed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral needs in a variety of educational settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, including behavioral data and intervention outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure consistent behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning and behavioral growth.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and professional development as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid RBT Certification (completion of the 40-hour course and passing the exam).
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with behavioral challenges (preferred but not required).
  • Flexibility to work with a diverse caseload across different grade levels.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality behavioral support and fostering student success.
