Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our company’s fiscal health.

Position Overview:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial reports, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights for management decision-making.
Perform general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Prepare for and participate in audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Stay updated with financial policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
