Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and implementation of the Phase two efforts of Workday which include Advanced Comp, Talent and L& D
• Coordinate tasks and align the delivery of scope items amongst multiple individuals
• Manage relationships with a third-party integrator, ensuring that they face no roadblocks or delays
• Exhibit effective communication and presentation skills for multiple layers of teams
• Oversee data migration from old systems to the new modules in Workday
• Ensure vendor management/accountability by working closely with the Vendor Project Manager
• Manage the client's side of the project rollout
• Leverage the use of Smartsheet for project management
• Work in an Agile/iterative environment, with a focus on iterative processes
• Ensure necessary Workday experience is leveraged for the most effective project execution.• Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction or contractor industry.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant is essential.
• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is required.
• Specific experience with Workday ERP is highly desirable.
• Must exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• detail oriented certifications such as PMP (Project Management detail oriented) are a plus.
• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be willing to travel as required for project needs.
