Job Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based BCBA to join a school district near Maple Valley, WA. This is a full-time, onsite position providing behavior analysis services to students in the school setting. As part of the team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement individualized behavioral interventions and improve student outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior interventions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on student progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with IEPs, 504 plans, and other educational regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss student progress and strategies.

Requirements:

  • State Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Washington.
  • National Certification: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Educator Credential: Educational Staff Associate (ESA) with School Behavior Analyst Endorsement (must be active).
  • Background Check: WA OSPI Fingerprints clearance.
