Resource Special Education Teacher

ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to jump intoa Resource role at one of our trusted school districts in beautiful Somerville, Massachusetts. In this role,You will work closely with students, families, and educational staff to create and implement tailored educational plans that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Job Description
- Full time
- M-F
- ASAP start - June 30, 2025
- Primarily classroom instruction in Resource room
- Multiple grade levels in classroom
- Bilingual candidates are preferred

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
- Active Massachusetts Teaching License
- Active Certifications
- Able to develop and implement IEPs while coordinating with internal departments
- Comfortable collaborating with other teachers and staff to achieve student success
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
