Apprentice Mechanic

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare equipment and materials for technicians.
  • Assist with intermediate mechanic tasks such as fluid changes, preventive maintenance, and tire pressure checks.
  • Ensure construction equipment is ready for customer delivery.
  • Prepare equipment for delivery and assist customers with loading and unloading rentals.
  • Additional tasks may include power-washing equipment, maintaining branch appearance, collaborating with co-workers, and occasionally delivering equipment.

Shift: Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm

Pay: $20 - $24/hr (Based on relative experience)

  • Active driver’s license required.
  • Previous experience with construction equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

  • Full range of motion required; frequent climbing in and out of equipment.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Initiative, self-starter attitude, and willingness to learn with opportunities for growth.
