Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner

Location: San Diego County

A dynamic hospitality company is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and have experience in employee relations, particularly with labor or union workers. Responsibilities include coaching managers, facilitating workshops, and handling employee and labor relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach managers on navigating conversations and crucial documentation, such as performance improvement plans, to ensure effective and compliant handling of employee performance issues.

  • Facilitate workshops on documentation and other HR basics, providing managers and employees with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in their roles.

  • Handle employee relations and labor relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving complaints, and providing guidance on best practices and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance on HR best practices, helping managers and employees navigate complex HR issues and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • 3+ years of HR experience

  • Experience with labor or union workers

Pay Range: $40-$45/hour

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, onsite
 



Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
