We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance in Gorst, Washington, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with managing financial operations, including budgeting and financial statement preparation. You will also be expected to handle benefits administration, audit engagements, and payroll for fewer than 100 employees.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements

• Administer benefits and manage audit engagements

• Perform cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability

• Conduct performance analysis to optimize financial operations

• Oversee the budgeting process to align with company goals

• Manage payroll for a team of under 100 employees

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting


The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan, and 15 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
