Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Burnet, TX
Schedule: 3-4 Days Per Week
Caseload: Elementary Students
Duration: Full School Year

Job Details:

  • Role: Part-time position providing speech therapy services to elementary students.
  • Caseload: Manage a caseload focused on elementary-aged students.
  • Support: Work in a collaborative team environment and supervise an SLPA to deliver effective therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of elementary students.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments and develop customized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational experiences.
  • Supervision: Oversee and guide an SLPA in delivering therapy services.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Relevant Texas State licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLPs are welcome.
  • Skills: Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
