Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in CNC controllers and PLC systems. As a Class-A Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our production machinery. If you have a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical systems, and excel in at least one of these areas, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC equipment and production machinery.
  • Interpret and work from machinery documentation including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ladder diagrams.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, depth gauges, and calipers.
  • Maintain and repair CNC controls and other NC or PLC control systems.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is operating efficiently.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years related maintenance experience.
  • Proven mechanical skills with hands-on experience in CNC Machine Tools mechanical systems.
  • Basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Good attendance and adherence to schedules.
  • Willingness to work overtime and off shifts as needed.
  • Must have a nice complement of basic hand tools.
