CFO

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO in Warsaw, Indiana. The CFO will primarily be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, preparing financial reports, leading the IT function, and participating in the development and execution of business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting function across all facilities to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial data

• Prepare and interpret monthly internal and external consolidated financial statements and monthly forecast for all locations

• Direct individuals on the use of proper account classifications to facilitate accurate recording

• Monitor cash flow, ensuring timely payment of liabilities and compliance with lender's covenants

• Prepare and review necessary year-end financial information for the annual audit

• Perform cost, profit, productivity, and financial analysis as required

• Prepare, compute, and file all reports, statements, statistical information, tax returns, and other data required by law or necessary for regulatory agencies

• Evaluate and monitor performance of all direct reports

• Oversee the preparation, distribution, and filing of payroll documentation

• Assist in establishing individual line-items and departmental budgets to fulfill the company's goals and objectives

• Recommend and monitor employee insurance, general insurance, and retiree programs

• Supervise the training and development of employees in the accounting department

• Ensure proper controls, procedures, and reporting processes are performed as required for all locations.

• Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in a CFO or similar role.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions.

• Extensive experience in Auditing procedures.

• Demonstrable expertise in Budget Processes.

• Solid understanding of Capital Management.

• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis.

• PowerBI and or Tableau a plus

• Advanced skills in Excel.
