PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Aviation Technician in Carson, CA.

Job Title: Aviation Technician
Job Type: Full time; temp-to-hire
Schedule: Onsite;
Pay: 21.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance/alterations per FAA and manufacturer guidelines.

• Conduct various stages of inspection (preliminary, in-process, final).

• Provide progress updates and maintain organized, clean workspaces.

• Read and interpret schematics, work instructions, and technical documents.

• Support continuous improvement activities and safety standards.

• Train team members and assist other operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic math and manufacturing process knowledge.

• Proficiency in reading schematics and using ERP systems.

• FAA-required training completed.

Pay Details: 21.50 per hour
