Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Loan Adjuster in the Financial Services industry, located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. As a Loan Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts in the collections department, creating payment schedules, and utilizing Excel for various tasks. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to type at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure timely collections
• Develop and manage payment schedules for customers
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data
• Maintain a typing speed of 55 words per minute for efficient documentation and communication
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries
• Exhibit patience and understanding when dealing with customers
• Ensure accuracy in all billing functions
• Handle and respond to inbound calls from customers
• Manage customer accounts receivable.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience in Account Management is necessary
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is essential
• Must be comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required
• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field is desirable
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
