Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Onsite
Salary: $90,429 (under 5 years exp) - $97,591 (over 5 years exp)

We are seeking dedicated and fully licensed LCSWs or LMFTs to join our Behavioral Health team. This role involves providing direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on Tribal communities. You will be responsible for early intervention, trauma-related care, mental health support, and postvention services. The position also includes the development of culturally relevant screening tools, prevention education, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and screenings.
Develop and implement culturally relevant screening instruments.
Engage in prevention education, crisis assessment, and treatment planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend grant-related meetings.
Offer services in various settings, including homes, work sites, and schools.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field (MA, MS, PsyD).
Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
Minimum 2 years of counseling experience.
Experience working with Tribal populations preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health records (NextGen or EPIC preferred).
