Assembly / Packing

Our client, a leader in the food packaging industry, is seeking  Assembly / Packaging professionals to join their team. As an Assembly / Packaging team member, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to cleanliness which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly / Packing

Location: Bristol, IN

Pay Range: 1st Shift: $16.65

What's the Job?

• Work on an assembly line, efficiently putting caps and labels on bottles.
• Ensure complete sanitization of work areas between each order.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including lab coat, sleeves, and mask.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or industrial packaging. 
• Strong commitment to cleanliness as this is a very sterile environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good attendance.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
