We are looking for dependable CNC Machinists to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the local area. Do you have at least 2 years of experience setting up and operating Makino A-line Mills? Ready to make up to $38/hr with unlimited overtime? If so, let's talk 

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Set up and operate Makino A81 CNC Mills with pallet systems
  • Determine the sequence of operations to make CNC programs
  • Prepare machine for production by setting up tooling and work holding fixtures
  • Prepare all setups, and upload and download programs 
  • Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, and adjusting controls while maintaining tight tolerance objectives
  • Ability to operate CMM and all hand inspection equipment
  • Operate using SPC where needed
  • Ensures operation of the equipment by following all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) instructions
  • Completes production and quality logs
  • Maintain fluid levels on machines, including coolant, spindle, and hydraulic fluids
