Responsibilities:
• Delivering exceptional service to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Accurately processing and applying fees
• Maintaining a high level of detail orientation when managing court filings to prevent critical errors
• Handling cash transactions, sometimes involving large sums
• Maintaining detail oriented conduct and appearance at all times
• Utilizing accounting software systems for various accounting functions
• Managing computerized billing processes
• Efficiently answering inbound calls
• Ensuring all documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Computerized Billing
• Knowledge of basic Accounting Functions
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Experience with Cash Handling
• Familiarity with Court Filings
• Proficient in Filing and record keeping
