CDL A Local Dry Van Driver in Bedford, PA

CEVA Logistics is hiring a CDL A Local Dry Van Company Driver in Bedford, PA. This is a night shift position Monday – Friday (last shift ending Saturday morning).You will not be touching freight, which is delivered in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with State and Federal DOT regulations and all Transportation Security Administration requirements.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay: $1,150+
- Bonuses:
- Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000 per driver hired, paid after 90 days of employment
- Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule
- Home Daily
- Shift: Night shift, After 10pm dispatch
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, into Sat morning
- Route: Dedicated route, Bedford PA to Canton, OH
- No Touch Freight
Equipment
- 53' Dry Van
- Automatic Transmission
- Speed governed at 70 mph
- Inward and outward facing event triggered cameras
- Slip seating
Qualifications
- Must have valid CDL A License
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A Tractor Trailer driving experience
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
- OTR or Regional driving experience preferred
- Comfortable with touch freight
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years industry driving experience may be substituted for a high school diploma or GED
- Must have valid CDL A License
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- No more than 3 moving violations/traffic citations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents (chargeable or not) in the last 3 years
- No DUIs/DWIs in the past 5 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 45 miles of Bedford, PA or be willing to relocate for this position
