Lead Software Engineer

A dynamic and innovative technology company is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join its team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, Blazor, WPF, WCF, .NET 8, Azure, and SQL Server.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define and implement robust software architectures.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development with a strong proficiency in C#, Blazor, WPF, WCF, .NET 8, Azure, and SQL Server.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
