Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Erlanger, KY. This on-site role requires a proactive individual who can handle customer communicate with professionalism and provide administrative support to our clients operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be well-organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in administrative tasks and customer-facing roles is preferred. Join our client and be a part of a team that values your contribution and dedication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Perform administrative duties including data entry and file management

Requirements:

  • Previous customer support experience (both written and over the phone)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
