Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong mitment to early childhood education and a desire to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
  • Establish and municate clear objectives for all learning activities.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to engage students in learning.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and emotional development of students.
  • Assess and document student progress and performance.
  • municate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
