Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Columbus, OH

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position providing 1:1 care to an elementary student in Columbus, OH. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on a students daily educational experience.

Position Details:

  • Location: Columbus, OH
  • Dates: August 14, 2024 May 2024
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday
  • Caseload: Elementary school student; 1:1 support for trach care and g-tube feedings

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
  • Experience with trach care and g-tube feedings
  • Ability to work in a school-based setting and provide compassionate care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized 1:1 care, including tracheostomy maintenance and g-tube feeding
  • Monitor the students health and respond to any medical needs during the school day
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure the students comfort and safety
