Phlebotomist

Phlebotomists will work in a high-volume PSC (patient services center) and will have a minimum expectation of 30-40 blood draws per day. When interacting with patients, Phlebotomists must document and update records through the internal system. Through training, Phlebotomists will also take on additional tasks such as accessioning.
Hard Skills- Experience as a Phlebotomist or MA working within a high-volume facility
- Experience using both butterfly and straight needles
- Experience with minor data entry
- Knowledge of different gauges and phlebotomy techniques
- Ability to enter data correctly in different EMRs
- Specimen collection
- Must be open to being hands-on with patients
- Excellent customer service skills due to high volume of patients
Fairfield County/Westchester County, MA Float - Mostly will service offices in Greenwich, Norwalk, and Stamford, CT.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 6am-6pm/Rotating Weekends (Float Hours 40 hours per week). Need to be flexible within these time frames. Fast-paced environment.
