Job Title: Bilingual Client Services Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: M-Th onsite 8a-5p, Remote on Fridays
Duration/Type: Contract to Hire
Job Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Bilingual Client Services Specialist. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN (downtown), and requires on-site presence M-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Investigates, researches and resolves medical insurance claims presented by clients or providers by navigating multiple computer systems.
Identifies, researches and resolves medical claim issues to provide a high standard of customer service.
Provide high level of customer service to answer questions related to medical insurance coverage.
Communicate and collaborate with clients to resolve medical claims using clear, simple language.
Build professional relationships with providers in our insurance network through resolution.
Around 60 calls a day - all mostly inbound. Eventually will make outbound calls to providers for their W9's.

Qualifications:
· Must be bilingual in Spanish
· Prior healthcare experience is required; Medical Front office, Medical Claim Processing, or Medical Insurance
· Excellent attendance and communication skills

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
