Job Details



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful project completion
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
  • Manage project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
  • Knowledge of multifamily construction projects is preferred
