Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting

  • Experience operating industrial equipment (e.g., cherry pickers, forklifts)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Knowledge of bin location systems and warehouse KPIs

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Nationally, Internationally) - must be able to obtain passport

Preferred Skills:

  • ERP/CRM experience

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist with daily warehouse activities: loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, organizing inventory, picking, and inventory control

  • Plan and schedule outbound shipments to meet on-time delivery goals

  • Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and ensure timely putaway

  • Organize and lead monthly inventory counts for accuracy and accountability

  • Manage the returns process, providing accurate dispositions for RMA items

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM, ERP, and other systems



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
