Position Overview:

  • Location: Windsor, VT
  • Start Date: September 2024
  • End Date: June 2025
  • Schedule: Full-time, 35-37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: K-12 students
  • Setting: In-person, working between two nearby schools

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Windsor, VT, working with a K-12 caseload. This role involves providing speech therapy services to students across two schools located in close proximity. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students succeed academically and socially through personalized speech and language interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students academic goals
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports for all students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP licensure in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
