Job DescriptionJob DescriptionScion Nonprofit Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Child Care Administrator to join a highly regarded organization in Canyon Lake, Texas This is a full-time, direct hire position with benefits.

Responsibilities:
-Ensures that all program services meet licensing standards requirements
-Under the direction of the COO, works collaboratively with the Operations Director, to ensure compliance issues regarding licensure, certification, and accreditation is implemented
-Oversee timely responses to any inquiries, investigative requests, and communication from any state agencies
-Assist the Operations Director in overseeing the program costs and expenditures and ensure they are in alignment with budget allowances set by the COO
-Responsible for corrective action plans
-Partners with COO and Operations Director to negotiate contracts for care and treatment of members 
-Work closely with leadership, colleagues and staff to ensure the program is operating effectively, efficiently and is meeting program goals, objectives, and priorities
-Develops cooperative relationships with other health care facilities for exchange of information and services; and with professional organizations to participate in establishment of higher professional standards.
-Organize and deliver regularly scheduled staff meetings 
-Work closely with management team to interview, hire, and onboard new employees 
-Regularly review employee performance
-Draft and issue evaluations

Compensation:
This position offers a salary range of $88,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and professional development.
