Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Fairview Heights, IL. This position is ideal for a nurse proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase software. Deliver compassionate care while helping patients achieve their health goals in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation
  • Develop and implement customized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Deliver direct nursing care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers on self-care and health maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Illinois
  • Expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
