Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional
Location: Charlestown, NH

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time School Paraprofessional to join our team in Charlestown, NH. The Paraprofessional will assist classroom teachers and support students to enhance their learning experiences and contribute to a positive and effective educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
  • Provide individualized or small group assistance to students with diverse learning needs
  • Help prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources
  • Assist students with special needs, including behavioral and developmental support
  • Monitor and manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting student success
