Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Bell Ringers for the Holiday Season As a Bell Ringer, you will be making a positive impact to the local communities and its a meaningful way to spread holiday cheer

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors a Kettle at an assigned location;
  • Greets the public in a courteous and friendly manner; expresses appreciation to donors.
  • Work is performed outside an assigned store and rings the bell for charitable donations s.
  • Bring the spirit of the Christmas season by making eye contact, smiling, greeting, and thanking them. Wishing the public a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, or other appropriate greetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision.
  • Ability to greet and courteously respond to the general public.
  • Ability to stand in one location for extended periods in outside weather conditions with breaks and lunch periods
  • Ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, and culture.
  • Must be able to clear a Background Check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand on concrete for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Work is performed outside in a wide variety of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift 5-10 pounds.
