We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team near Littlestown, Pennsylvania, for the full school year. This position is flexible, with both full-time and part-time options available, working with a diverse K-12 student population. This is a wonderful opportunity to support students' munication needs and make a positive difference in their educational experience.

Position Overview:

• Location: Near Littlestown, PA
• Caseload/Population: K-12th grade students
• Assignment Period: Full school year
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time or Part-time
• pensation: petitive pay based on experience and role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized speech and language therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to students unique needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Document progress, prepare reports, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications:

• SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Pennsylvania state licensure
• SLPA: Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
• Strong munication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations preferred
• Passion for supporting students growth in munication and social skills
