Special Education Teacher Needed in Highland, WI

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for an immediate opening in Highland, Wisconsin. This position is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment

Location: Highland, WI
Employment Dates: End of November Late February/Early March

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time contract
  • Caseload: 7-10 students across multiple classrooms
  • Classroom Type: Push-in services to different classes
  • Site: One school location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and instruction to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion in the classroom
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification for Wisconsin
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
