Build your experience and make a difference, all whileearning market-leading pay ratesProCare Therapy is is working with a school district in Page, Arizonato hire a certified school counselor the current 24-25 school year. This position will be part timeand will pay up to $40/hour
What youll do:
- Work onsite with a high school caseload.
- Provide group and individual counseling sessions, students will drop in, sessions will not always be scheduled.
- Participate in IEP meetings.
- Work 35-40 hours per week.
- Build rapport and trust with the childrenyou work with.
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

- Providing you your very own designated ProCare Therapy recruiter. Your recruiterwill be with you every step of the way and throughout the duration of your assignment.
- Doing 1:1 check-ins and discussing school feedback with you, positive and constructive.

- Pay rate will vary depending on your level of experience + the school districts allotted contracting budget.
- You'll be a W-2 employee so no fussing with taxes.
- You will be reimbursed up to $150 for any expensesrelated to your state's compliance requirements.
Application requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- Active Arizona school counseling certification required.
- Active IVP fingerprint card required.
- Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
- Background check + drug screen
- TB test within 60 days of start date(only applicable in certain states).
Youll stand out if you have:
- Experience working in schools.
- Any additional training or certifications.
