Job Summary:
The Campus Director is responsible for the overall management, growth, and operational success of the campus. This role involves overseeing academic programs, student enrollment, staff performance, and campus operations to ensure a high-quality educational experience for all students. The Campus Director drives strategic initiatives to increase student success, enhance campus resources, and foster partnerships with the local community and industry leaders. The role requires a strong leader who can balance educational standards with efficient campus management.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including academics, admissions, student services, and career placement.
- Set and uphold standards for campus programs and services in alignment with institutional goals, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote campus safety, operational efficiency, and a positive learning environment.
Academic & Program Oversight:
- Work with program directors and faculty to ensure that all programs meet industry standards and provide students with relevant, high-quality education.
- Evaluate program outcomes, including student retention, graduation rates, and employment placement, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies across all campus programs.
Student Enrollment & Retention:
- Oversee student enrollment processes, including admissions strategies and onboarding, to maintain campus enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop outreach and recruitment efforts that attract a diverse student body aligned with the campus mission.
- Work closely with student services to implement retention initiatives, including academic advising, student support resources, and career counseling, to support student success.
Community & Industry Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry partners to create opportunities for internships, job placements, and program development.
- Represent the campus at community events, industry meetings, and networking events to promote the school's programs and expand community involvement.
- Gather feedback from industry partners to ensure that campus programs align with workforce needs and prepare students for job success.
Staff Leadership & Development:
- Hire, train, and supervise campus staff, including faculty, administrative staff, and student support personnel, to ensure high performance and a positive campus culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and encourage professional development for all staff members.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that supports team productivity, innovation, and dedication to student success.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the campus budget, ensuring responsible use of resources to meet operational needs and strategic goals.
- Oversee the maintenance of campus facilities and ensure that all classrooms, labs, and equipment are up-to-date and properly maintained.
- Identify funding opportunities, including grants or partnerships, to support campus growth and program enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration or campus management, preferably in a vocational or career training setting.
- Strong understanding of vocational education standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and budget management.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and community partners.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a student-centered approach.
- Proficiency in using technology and data to drive campus operations and improvements.
Compensation details: 70000-75000 Yearly Salary
