Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Fully Onsite, Jenkintown, PA
Industry: Storm Restoration Services
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at a company specializing in storm restoration services for other businesses. This is a fully onsite position in Philadelphia, PA, perfect for recent graduates in Accounting and Business who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or work experience in accounting is a plus, but not required.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
