Essential Functions:

  • Maintain good working relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with production personnel.
  • Be a creative problem solver.
  • Ensure exceptional attendance.
  • Work a flexible schedule as needed.

Duties:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production lines and batching equipment.
    • Labeling Systems: Quadrel, Label-Aire, Label-Vantage
    • Capping Systems: KapsALL, SUREKAP, Packaging Dynamics
    • Liquid Fillers: A.P.E.S., Volumetric Technologies, E-Pak
  • Repair production equipment as needed.
  • Execute packaging changeovers promptly.
  • Control downtime by informing workers of preventive maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:

  • strong mechanical intuition.
  • Minimum 3 years in a liquid filling manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Basic writing, math, and reading skills.
  • Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems.
  • Experience with plant support equipment is a plus.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

This job requires bending, reaching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
Hours: 40 per week
