Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Testing & SLPA Supervision
Location: Fully Remote within Virginia
Type: Full-time, Contract
Your Role:

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct remote assessments and evaluations of patients as required.
  • SLPA Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to an SLPA, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
  • Plan Review: Review and approve treatment plans and documentation created by the SLPA.
  • Mentorship: Offer regular feedback and professional development support to enhance the SLPAs skills.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and supervision activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and supervision outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Virginia.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology; experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in teletherapy platforms, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Traits: Independent, detail-oriented, and effective in managing time.
