Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is partnering with a large, well-known technology firm that is searching for a temporary Senior Financial Analyst for the next six months. The team is looking for someone with at least eight years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Professional communication skills are required since you will be partnering across different business units and be coordinating with managers across the organization. This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to enhance financial performance and growth. This position offers a quick interview process and although the ideal candidate will be located in Seattle, WA, the manager is comfortable moving forward with someone who is fully remote but will work the west coast time zone hours. 

Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against budget, and analyze variances.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategy and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and assist with internal and external audits.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information.

Employment Details:
• Temporary for 6 months.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST.
• Fully remote. 
 

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
