Occupational Therapist

Position: Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist
Location: Groveport, OH
Employment Type: Full-Year Contract through Soliant Education

Description: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Groveport, OH. This full-time position is contracted through Soliant Education for the entire academic year. As a valued member of our educational community, you will collaborate with students, educators, and families to support the development of fine motor skills and daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school professionals to optimize students' functional abilities within educational environments.
• Providing direct therapy services and monitoring progress.
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Ohio state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous school-based experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
