Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Porterville, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated SLPA to support students in partnership with local school districts.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Weekly direct deposits
  • W-2 employment
  • Referral bonuses

Position Details:

  • 37.5 Hours per week
  • Provide therapy under a licensed SLPs supervision
  • Assist with IEP implementation and documentation
  • Collaborate with the education team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
  • CA License

Interview Process:

  1. 10-15 minute screening call with a recruiter
  2. 20-30 minute interview with the school district
  3. Offer typically extended within 24 hours
