Job Details:
  • Onsite location near the Crestview, Florida area
  • Start ASAP
  • 37.5 guaranteed service hours per week
  • # students/sites and caseload information will be discussed more in depth with director during interview

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or a Related Field
  • COTA certification
  • FloridaState Board License
  • Onsite fingerprints
