Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Systems Architect to join our team in the IT Consulting industry, located in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania. The role will involve a range of duties including identifying, evangelizing, and architecting solutions to problems across the enterprise in an Azure cloud environment. The successful candidate will provide problem analysis and support for our SaaS application, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology teams through the implementation of innovative solutions and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and architects solutions to problems across the enterprise, working with both Windows and Linux workloads in an Azure cloud environment.
• Provides analysis and third-level support of the SaaS application.
• Enhances the security, availability, reliability, and scalability of the SaaS platform.
• Implements innovative solutions and processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology teams.
• Establishes relationships with key technology stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs.
• Ensures all solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization.
• Identifies opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of documentation and runbooks.
• Utilizes skills such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Cisco ASA, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, AB Testing, AWS Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Connectivity.• Proven experience in IT consulting, specifically as a Systems Architect
• Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Cisco ASA, Cisco Nexus, and Cisco Routers
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Knowledge and understanding of Connectivity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Cisco Technologies or AWS Technologies would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
