Position Title: Social Worker, Behavioral Health Unit
Duration of Assignment: Full-time

Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
Relocation: Partial
Salary: $74,880 - $87,000

Job Duties:

  • Conduct interviews and assessments for patients and their families.
  • Determine and arrange needed internal and external services/interventions.
  • Participate in case reviews to monitor and evaluate treatment plan compliance.
  • Assist with discharge planning and identify appropriate resources for patients.
  • Supervise and train new staff, students, and interns.
  • Perform Medicaid screenings as needed.
  • Assist patients with Safety Net applications when required.

Qualifications:

  • NV Licensed Clinical Social Worker license required.
  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
