Key Responsibilities:Student Support: Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and providing one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering their academic growth and independence.
Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment by supporting classroom routines and behavior management strategies.
Assessment Assistance: Assist in assessing student progress and collecting data to help inform instructional strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to create a supportive learning atmosphere that meets the diverse needs of students.
munication: Serve as a liaison between students, teachers, and families, effectively municating students needs and progress.
Encouragement and Motivation: Provide encouragement and motivation to students, helping to build their confidence and self-esteem in the classroom.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience working with children, especially in an educational setting, is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
