Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling or disassembling mechanical or printed board components, ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA regulations, and maintaining a clean work area. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble or disassemble mechanical or printed board components.
  • Collect data on daily status and yields.
  • Perform rework of printed circuit boards as needed.
  • Set up and shut down equipment, including performing minor operator calibrations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform simple procedures on a PC, such as retrieving files, entering data, and saving files.
  • Understand and comply with GMP and FDA regulations as they pertain to assembly.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to speak and read English.
  • Basic PC skills, including file retrieval, data entry, and saving files.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing systems, including documentation, compliance, inventory control, and production scheduling/controls.
