LSI Staffing has an immediate opening for an On-site recruiter in Fort Worth/ Haslet, TX area.
We are growing rapidly here in the DFW Metro and specialize in light industrial staffing. LSI is in search of an on-site. Someone outgoing, goal driven, and dedicated to being a vital part of a team and looking to grow.

  • Advertising and sourcing (job boards/social media)
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Conducting in person interviews
  • New hire paperwork
  • Facility tours
  • Checking in new employees at customer job sites
  • Written and verbal communication with customers
