Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodburn, Oregon. This is a full-time position in a school district setting, working directly with students to support their speech and language development needs. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prehensive evaluation and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Conduct therapy sessions and monitor student progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Oregon (or eligible for licensure).
  • Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
