Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodburn, Oregon. This is a full-time position in a school district setting, working directly with students to support their speech and language development needs. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prehensive evaluation and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Conduct therapy sessions and monitor student progress regularly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Oregon (or eligible for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
