• Digitize large volumes of physical files to create an organized, accessible digital archive
• Employ the skills of document scanning and digital file management to ensure a smooth transition from physical to digital storage
• Utilize organizational agility and awareness to manage the office's file system efficiently
• Maintain and organize files to ensure easy access and retrieval

• Must have a experience working with a scanner
• Proficiency in document scanning
