Inventory Control Specialist

Our client, a leading solar company committed to sustainability and innovation in the industry, is seeking a Shipping and Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As a Shipping and Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the inventory control function. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices, be detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping and Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Trinity, AL
Pay Range: $20 per hour
What's the Job?
- Perform SAP transactions accurately and promptly.
- Manage shipment processing for finished and non-finished goods.
- Schedule pick-ups and create shipment documentation.
- Update internal tracking systems and communicate shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with established SOX Controls & Import/Export regulations.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse (shipping/receiving) experience required.
- Cycle counting experience is beneficial.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- College coursework, certification, or formal training is highly desired.
